INFORMATION ON THE ANNUAL GALA ART SHOW AND SALE
Are you tired of winter? Join the Community Meal Ministry team at the fourth annual art gala benefiting free dinners in Butler. The gala will be Saturday evening, March 29 from 6-9 pm at St. Michaels Hall. Included in the $30 Saturday ticket price are hors d’oeuvres, a cookie table, wine and beer, raffle baskets, a 50/50, live music, a fantastic display art from our very talented local artists and the artist, Lisa Sten, sketching a portrait live. Tickets are available from the CMM team at the church or by accessing the website, cmmbutler. Sunday (the 30th) from 10-3 does not require a ticket (but donations are much appreciated). The art work is still available for viewing and purchase, the basket raffle tickets are available until 2, when tickets will be pulled. There could be edible treats available also.
The Community Meal Gala committee is excited to announce a special opportunity at the art show on Saturday, March 29. Local portrait artist Lisa Sten has graciously offered to create a charcoal portrait of a person or couple while at the gala. The lucky winner will be chosen in a silent auction at 7pm. If you would be interested in winning a personal sitting with Lisa Sten AT the gala, come before 7 pm to bid. If you need more info, please contact Justine at 724.355.4062. This is a wonderful opportunity to have a portrait drawn by a very talented local artist.
The Community Meal gala committee is preparing for our art show weekend on March 29 and 30.
